Background Story

Back in 2009, we’ve established our supporting connection with Black Dog Institute. At the same time, I’ve heard about Steve Andrews, and his solo ride around Australia earlier that year from two of Raz’s contacts, who suggested we connect…

Early in 2010, Raz offered to help Steve, with his Social Media outreach, which soon became friendship, leading to Riding4aCause offering to lead the Eastern States of Australia in the epic ride to Australia’s Red Center. In the months leading to the ride, Riding4aCause team promoted and organised the Sydney Launch Event (Fathers’ Day, September 5 2010), getting hundreds of motorcycles, riders and pillions to ride with the trio out of Sydney…

September 2010 – Riding to Australia’s  “Red Centre”

Raz, Andrew and Robbie joined the Black Dog Ride, to the centre of Australia. We’ve caught up  with Steve Andrews at Port Augusta, and rode up to Glen Helen Resort, to attend the Black Dig Ride mega-event on the 11th of September!
